The starting point for case management. The focus is on reviewing an Applicant, a Child and completing an Income Test.

Record of Attendance (ROA)

This module will show you how to verify a Provider Site's Attendance/CWELCC (web and paper), do adjustments and complete the billing process.

Provider Head Office and Site

The starting point for contract management.  Navigate through a Provider Head Office and Site, and review the Master Contract, Schedules and OCCMS Billing Rates.

Module 9a

Children Services Portal (CSO)

Supports OLAF, Document Upload, Two-Way Messaging and EarlyON. This training session will include: CSO & OLAF settings, demonstration of CS Portal from client's view, CMSM/DSSAB view of OLAF applications, Electronic Document Management (EDM) and Two-Way Messaging.

Module 9b

OCCMS Letters

Learn how to view, edit and create new letters in OCCMS, ensuring consistent letters are being used by all staff. Applicant/Child/Head Office/Site Letters will be pre-populated with information from the records on OCCMS.

New Version Training 

Highlights enhancements on the latest version of OCCMS 9.8:

  • Electronic Document Management, Head Office and Provider Site Level
